- We offer worldwide delivery in partnership with leading Indian and International shipping providers.
- If courier delivery by DHL, FedEx, and/or UPS is restricted in your location please contact our customer service team for alternative options.
- For deliveries outside India, you will be charged a flat shipping fee of INR 2499 to INR 3329 (converted to your local currency).
- Prices on our website include all applicable duties and taxes payable in India.
- Duties or taxes levied by your country are your responsibility and will be collected by our shipping partner upon delivery.
- Some shipping partners may charge an additional service fee if they pay customs duty on your behalf.
- To avoid this fee, you can personally handle customs presentations by contacting the shipping partner with your tracking number.
- Our standard delivery time is 9-12 working days, subject to delays on border or customs clearance.
- Stay updated on your shipment's progress using the provided tracking details.
- It is important to be available during the delivery timeframe to receive your package.
- In case of unsuccessful delivery, our shipping partner will notify you.
- It will be your responsibility to arrange for an alternative date or time for delivery and ensure receipt of your order.
- Uncollected orders returned to us will incur deductions for two-way shipping costs and forward-and-return customs duties/taxes.

For international shipping, please select your country of origin during the checkout process.
- Shipping fees in India are at a non-refundable, flat rate of INR 199 for all orders below INR 1999. Orders above INR 1999 can avail of free shipping within India.
- Our standard delivery time is 7-9 working days from the confirmation of your order.
- Depending on product availability and to reduce shipping time, your order may be sent in multiple shipments.
