Return & Refund Policy (Only for customers in INDIA)

At Indika, we ensure the utmost satisfaction of our customers. We have implemented a flexible return and refund policy to guarantee a seamless shopping experience, as below:

  • Returns: Eligible products can be returned within 7 days of receiving the shipment. To qualify the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received, including intact tags and labels.

  • Refunds: Upon approval of your return request, the item should reach our location within 20 days. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection. Refunds that are approved will be issued in the form of store credit, which can be utilised for future purchases within a reasonable timeframe at the store.

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for shipping costs and any customs duties associated with returns, except in cases where the return is due to a defective or damaged product or an error on our part. In such instances, we will provide a prepaid return label.

  • Exchanges: Direct exchanges are not available. To exchange an item, you can return the original item for a  store credit and place a new order for the desired item.

  • Non-Eligible Items: Certain items, such as final sale items, gift cards, and personalised or custom-made products, are not eligible for return or refund. Please carefully review product details and specifications before making a purchase.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt with relevant details and supporting documentation. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or store credit.

  • Refund Processing Time: Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed as a store credit.

  • Change of Mind: If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind or general dissatisfaction (excluding defective or damaged items) then our standard return policy applies. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We offer order cancellation with a store credit within 12 hours from the time of purchase. We cannot accept any order cancellation requests after 12 hours.
